Happy Birthday Mike! It is an opportunity to express my love and deep gratitude for our friendship and support for nearly 2 decades. I do not know where I would be without your thoughtful generosity and support. Thank you for seeing through my wretched excess. I have pledged to Julie and Janie that I will do everything that I am physically able to do to remedy the deficiencies in the appraisal, and help facilitate a successful refinancing. In addition, I am systematically trying to rid myself of the clutter, and express my gratitude by living in a orderly and sustainable way to honor both you and Debra.
